At this point in time, there is no payment for the scripting (due to lack of funds). However, in compensation, you will receive:
Free forum-wide link advertisement on my forum for up to 1 year (depending on what scripts are completed). Currently, there is around 50 uniques per day, but this will grow. I will be building on my website as well as its forum, so I am sure that this 1 year advertisement plan will start to rise in price after a few more months of development and promotion.
Free webhosting including 5GB space and 20GB bandwidth, 1 mySQL database, 1 FTP account, shell access, etc.
Free designing (in compensation for your scripting, I will design as much for you as you script for me).
You will need knowledge of:
PHP & mySQL
And perhaps JSP (I'm not really sure if mandatory)
I am looking for someone reliable and who has an ample amount of free time. This could be a learning process for you and for me
