I am looking for smileys for my website. Example http://www.smileycentral.com.
I am building a site similar to this and need smileys for it. However, I have had quotes in the $xxx,xxx.xx range to build 10k smileys. I am not financially able to do this. I am looking for either gpl smileys or licensable smileys. Please help if you know where I can get these.
