Looking for suggestions to outsource programming/web dev work

Can anyone suggest any reliable outsourcing firms or even an individual who has a wide knowledge base looking for work?

Dnforum has a great team, but from the looks of it they seemed to be swamped, and i'd rather have someone who is on AIM or MSN that I can give a daily list of tasks.
