Offers Looking for technology sites worth up to $30K

I'm looking for IT related sites - anything from hosting to software reviews - worth from 2K up to $30K but not including any forums, games related sites, phone related sites, or freebie sites (free image hosting etc).

You'd have to tell me why you think it's worth the price you are asking for it. It will either have a lot of PR, a lot of content, a lot of traffic, or a lot of earnings. Or a combination of the above.

I am an experienced buyer looking to make these purchases on behalf of an IT company. Transactions will be via Escrow. And, I do have a habit of acknowledging PMs with replies. But, please, don't flood me with sites that don't match the requirements posted here.

are you interested in any of these 3 websites ? They all have content, PR and traffic. I would not say a lot of adsense income though.

That is fine. Sites do not necessarily need to be earning anything at all. But, then, to command a price above $2K a site would need to have something else. And, you would be the best person to tell me what it has.

Thanks for the sites listed here, guys. When investing $2K I may do less research in a site than when investing $30K. How much are you looking for the sites offered above? Please PM if you do not wish to disclose amounts in the thread. Thanks.

Based on only the URL - it will excite my interest by virtue of it's design alone. If I don't hit the site and get immediately excited I may lose my interest. But, sending me info on what's great about the site has a better chance of resulting in a dialogue and subsequent sale.
