I'm currently interested in finding a few very high quality generic auto-related domains to broker. To be more specific...only domains that could realistically be sold for a minimum of $50k qualify. Since I only have so much time, I will only work with 2 or 3 different people at most (1 if possible) and will base my decision on domain quality and/or the domainer's reputation.

That said, here are the terms I'm willing to work under - 20% commission with a tiered performance-based bonus structure which will be determined/negotiated based on the situation.
Domain transactions will utilize an agreed upon Escrow service and my fees will be sent directly from the Escrow company at the same time you receive payment.
Prior to work being done I require proof of domain ownership which, depending on the situation, could involve a notarized document being faxed and/or snail-mailed.
I also ask that the domain owner pre-determines a minimum BIN that basically allows me to pull the trigger on agreeing to a sale. Since you know my fees simply figure out what it will take to get you to sell the domain "no questions asked". Any offer will always be brought to your attention for consideration, regardless of amount. Obviously I will do what I can to generate the highest potential sale since it will increase the amount I get paid!

Based on the above information, if you are interested please send me a PM that includes the domains you would like to sell (no need for prices yet) to get the ball rolling.

Cheers!
