Wanted: Website Los Angeles, San Diego, any Established Sites with Rankings

I'm specifically looking for websites that are either based on San Diego, Los Angeles, or California topics.

However, I'm also in the mood for acquiring other sites which are indexed in all the major search engines and which have reasonably good rankings for some actual keyphrases in Google. This doesn't mean it ranks for its own domain name (unless that in itself is a keyword), or some ridiculously obscure phrase.

I'm only interested in .com, .net, or .org domains. Adult sites are ok too.

Let me know what you got and the standard details to justify the asking price.
