Could some kind person tell me what to click on in the new GoDaddy home page to get to my domains' list. I've been sitting staring at it for several minutes now, and trying various options, to no avail. I can't see Domain Manager anywhere, or get up the menu I usually use. :(

In an effort to confuse our customers, we have once again change the interface.

Click on My account on the top left corner
Then click on Launch in the middle right

Try aiming for James Hichcliffe's right nipple.

Thanks, John. Got it now. But I'm afraid you don't have to make much of an effort with me.

And thanks to you, too, Theo - except I can't see his nipple, as it's covered up. What would we do without your sense of humour, eh? :)

Just get off the phone with Bob and he said he was sorry for the new interface.
He hired a new programmer and found out that he is one of the 11 Secret Service Agents.
He promised that he will make the change in the next revision which will happen around December (He did not say the year)

Shucks, I might be used to it by then and lost again when he changes it back. :(

Actually, they're probably just wannabe secret agents. The real ones are all over in London doing security for the Olympics.

He explained the reason they hire the SSA and change the interface is to deter the hackers from compromising the customer accounts.

If we can't even find out where to click then hackers have less change to hack into the system.

I would have to agree, though not too bad. The new search box that is no longer a domain search is trying me nuts.

For me I think its just getting used to it...no that its too bad.

It sucks, because it makes me less efficient. But some VP there needs to show he is working so they do something 'new'.

We just have to suck it up.

You gotta jump through the hoops to get to GoDaddy auctions page.

We can't Danica is no longer there.

John might have to flag himself, and move this thread to the comedy section!

No wait, this is the registrar thread - so, np; its equivalent to the comedy section.

I've finding a few more flaws this am.

People say I don't like change, hell I love change, just dont want to go from working to something less....you know like every new release of windows

LOL, I was thinking of finding a clip from wargames, after careful consideration I've decided your system sucks, paraphrased but close enough.

BTW it (godaddy) has new issues for me this AM (crap its well past noon)

I agree, its frustrating. But we can probably learn from godaddy in termsof monetization...

I LOVE when I get a message saying they have given me the best price possible, right before I enter a coupon that saves me about 30%........

That's entirely true but since we don't work for GoDaddy nor are we sitting on the board for GoDaddy we're supposed to be pissed off. :D
