Lottery Results is a fairly common search term with 96k+ searches last January on overture. Any thoughts on appraised value and development will be appreciated

Google Hits: 354,000
Overture Hits: 96,382

Generally hypens really hurt. But in this case it looks as though people use them in their search. It still hurts quite a bit though...

$45-$200+

Cheers!

Thank you for the input, Changejobs. Did you ever sell it? I knew that it did not sell for the $275k listing but I figured it had to sell for a pretty good amount. I am sorry if it did not work out well for you.
Best of Luck,
