Hi,

I'm looking to sell LowCostDomains.com. I have owned it since the year 2000. At the height of the domain business I had over 35,000 domains under management. In 2002 I moved onto another bigger project and chose to simply run LowCostDomains.com into the ground slowly and extract as much revenue as possible. Now I need more rack space for one of my other projects, and just want to be out of this business.

There are currently 1875 domains with OpenSRS and 420 domains with Enom. We register all new domains with Enom.

We charge $8.75 for first year registration, and $24 for renewal.

The website and billing system are run by WHMCS. The domain forwarding, email forwarding is run by Enom for the Enom domains. We have a legacy in house solution for the OpenSRS domain forwarding and email forwarding. You will be responsible for moving the site and related software/services. I want these legacy servers out of my rack, so I'm unwilling to operate hosting for this service 30 days past the completion of the sale.

I guessed on the amount of monthly visitors. I thought I had Google Analytics installed on the site, but it was not done properly. I'm turning it on today and will update the listing with correct stats within a few days.

In addition to the revenue, the domain LowCostDomains.com itself is worth quite a bit of money. Please take this into account when bidding.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

Regards,

Wyatt
