good keywords but a bit lengthy... low $xxx (higher probably for end user though- perhaps mid $xxx to high $xxx?), if offer is higher you should take it probably...

Having worked in the industry in the UK then I think the domain is spot on for the UK market as that is a phrase that you will see on almost every Life Insurance booklet, advert & commercial you get over here.

That domain should be able to pull high 3 figure to low 4 figures from PPC alone and would be invaluable to a life assurance company or IFA. I'd be looking for a mid $xxxx or very close to it.
