I am looking for the lowest cost reasonable registrar for .co.il tld's.

They are around $30/year and you must register them for at least 2 years.
I don't think you'll find any cheaper ones.

Well, so far I've only found for $75/year, although I only looked international. IMaybe if I look local I would find. Could you please post some registrars at that price.

Cheapest I've found is: www.galcomm.co.il, 17usd per domain.
If you find any cheaper please let me know.

The Israeli doamin registration has undergone some changes. Ther are now five official registarrs aside from isoc.org.il, which is trying to privatize.

They all offer similar pricing. I personally have started using LiveDns though.
