I have a question the lowest register fee i've seen is 33 dollars / year for a .cn i there a cheaper registrar?

I will try to answer your question as best as I can, drawing on my own experience.

My senior ENOM resellers (more than 100 domain names with me) have $24.95 .cn registration priviledges.

If interested I can sign you up as a Junion Reseller ($8.95 .com .net .org .us .biz .info) with $25.95 .cn registration. No, you don't have to reg a minimum number of domains and your pricing will not change for as long as my own prices remain the same (ie if I am ever forced by ENOM..)

Be advised that this is a reseller account and requires "refilling" your account with funds. There is $100 minimum for cc's and Paypal. (THERE IS NO minimum if you use personal check).

If you are just registering for a couple, it doesn't make much difference between their retail price of $29 and that of the resellers. And if you are thinking of registering dozens or even hundreds, I would STRONGLY recommend AGAINST it.
