I would appreciate appraisal of the following website:

Disregard the amateurish looking pages - I just quickly
posted some old content from archive.org.
Site has good PR and organic links.
Adsense has been running for couple of days - avg $3.00 per day
Traffic: appx 50 visitors a day

I wouldnt sell it for less than x,xxx as well.
But I wouldnt pay half that much either.
A broker could easily pay x,xxx if they have prospects.
end user needing the accronym should pay mid x,xxx.

Definately a keeper unless a good buyer comes your way. They don't depreciate.
