Well first let me say I am biased because I aid Floyd (the owner) at www.NewWebsite.com with the marketing/affiliate efforts for the company. With that said - I recommend NewWebsite.com's affiliate program because we pay 2 tier "lifetime commissions" of 20% and 5% and use 30 year cookies.

Rackspace.com is of coruse a huge brand for dedicated .. they give 50% of first month - my best was $3500 commission on a personally referred client

Is the Rackspace.com affiliate program automated --or does it require manual entry of the referrer's ID by the customer/ manual form submission by the referring webmaster?
