A pretty useless domain...the dashes totally kill it, but its not bad as a collector's domain.

On the other hand...
Is a great natural SEO keyword, as Google doesn't count dashes (mortgage has 330,000,000 results). Can be potentially developed into a nice mortgage business site.

Keep in mind, some of the highest paying keywords include the word mortgage in them.

P.S. I'm pretty sure I wasted my money, and I don't mind, so please be honest about appraisals. Thank you in advance for any appraisals.

That's many years ago. Unfortunately Google pays attention to dashes now.

Thanks for your honest opinions guys. I really appreciate them! I still have a day to consider paying for the domain, so I have the option to let it go.
I'm sure I'll be able to get rid of it to a fanatic or a collector for at least the price I got it for.
Pcpoffeno - you sound knowledgeable in the area, but I have asked others on the forum that have informed me that at least some search engines will read it as one word. I don't know much about this, so I don't want to fight either side, just want to see what more people think.
Stock-post - how much are you willing to take it for?

If you haven't agreed on buying it yet I would let it go. If you have already agreed to buying it then, not paying would only affect your reputation. I would rather lose a little $$ than losing rep. Good luck whatever you choose to do.

I would say reseller value might be zero, but this can be a bait for mortgage news a different one when used to publish the good, the bad, the misery and the fraud involved! in the mortgage industry. Everything sells online, it is even true that search engines index everything, by being different you can make this one work.. the dashes are Blanks in peoples mind, what next kind of thing, just an interpretation.
