closed MafiaParty.com $400 offer

Hey all I got offer of $400 for MafiaParty.com there is a site on .net and .de is registerd.

I don't think it's enough

why?:
This domain could be a (future Movie, VideoGame, or Music Album)

I asked 4,000$ the guy told me he can't offer any more then 400$

If he offered $400 out of nowhere then I am sure there is more gas in the tank. Step him up to $1,750 and see what he says. I am 90 percent sure he will go to a grand...at least. I think Mafia Party is a decent name, though it wouldn't have universal appeal so I would just try to get at least double the offer and then exit. If it is the .net people and they have a good site, then I would hold out for at least 2G....trust me, he will pay if he has the .net.

If he started with $100 and then you said $4,000, and now he is at $400, then I'd probably say: "I tell you what, I can do $1,250 today only". You will probably get between $700 and $1,000 after that.

yea, dont settle for the 400.. me and a partner just purchased a website by saying "thats all i can do" and they gave in. and the site was worth much more.
