I'm selling the Magi5 general web directory. The site is a 5 character .com domain with a PR2, an attractive design, plenty of traffic and some revenue. It currently has 439 indexed pages in Google and an Alexa ranking of 69944.
The directory is powered by PHP Link Directory version 3.4.0 and the licence will be transferred to the succesful bidder. This licence allows you lifetime updates.
The directory contains over 2,400 approved links over 701 categories. There are a further 130 pending links but these will be approved or deleted prior to transfer.
