Would be nice to hear more appraisal feedback.. for all of us here.. but seems folks are reluctant to reply to appraisal threads.. i'm not clear on why.. but it's apparent.. that folks do not reply to fellow members appraisal requests..
i never could figure that one out.. a free appraisal post.. is good advertising for your signature.. so why don't folks participate? whether good or bad marks? not sure why?
