doesn't sound good to me.
It's too long, hyphenated, and the worst part is the 'online' part.
Even without the hypen (personally I dont mind hyphens), i can't see why soemone would think of cellphones that are online.
Remotely, I see that you might be thinking of using cellphones to access the internet and hence the online, but it is still a long shot.
