Develop it into a forum and target the forum to tweens, teens, young adults who are just learning about makeup and like to talk about it. Also add girl games and makeup games to the site. If you can get it popular enough you should attract good makeup, fashion and entertainment ads - good target group.

At least you can try to reach Makeup-forum.com. $1,xxx - $3,xxx should be a reasonable end user price.

To an end user, low $x,xxx.

Makeup being very visual, this would cost a fortune to host, as there would likely be many pictures exchanged. It would be a gamble to get it developed.
