Escrow should be closed on this name in less than 48 hours (payment has been made, awaiting SEDO to release the domain to me).

Anyhow, my case/statistics:

Manhattan.biz sold less than a month ago on Afternic for $5000
NewYork.info sold for $28,000 last year.
New-York.info sold for $3800 (I believe) earlier this year.

There have also been numerous other city .info sales.

152364 manhattan

Manhattan real estate, is among the most expensive in the country. As well, it's the financial capital/district of the country

Center of the country's financial industry (see Wall Street), communications industry, including advertising and television (see Madison Avenue), and fashion industry (see Fifth Avenue).
A center of the art world (see Greenwich Village).

While I do realize that Manhattan.info is no where near as valuable as NewYork.info, I do believe it's worth atleast 10% of it.

Population: 1,560,000.

Opinions please

Newyork.info doesn't resolve... what a waste.

In my opinion FMV for Manhattan.info is under $5K currently

Very Very nice one ;)

Right now its a high XXXX to low XXXXX.

Don't sell it untill .info will go over his infancy (2-3 years to go), as you may get way more then.

That's obviously an excellent domain name. I would not sell it for less than
$7,500 at the moment. However, you should keep the domain until .info
domains become more popular. Domains will generally increase in value in
the next years, too, so wait for the domain to become more valuable and
I'm sure you'll be able to make a very good sale. In the meantime you can
develop the domain for an additional value enhancement and daily income.

No doubt, it's great name. IMO, most people will think of NewYorkCity.info before Manhattan.info.

Right now $3-5K.

If it were me, I wouldn't let it go for less than five figures but then again I wouldn't have sold it to someone who hangs around on domain forums.... :) So, my hunch is you got a pretty good deal...Congrats!

A great name and a great fit on the extension for a huge market. Value is probably around low xx,xxx given the potential.

Great name... at least $10,000 at this moment now. Btw, I just read an article on a New York daily paper called Metro this morning. Thought you might be interested.

Title:
Manhattan tops in North American office space

HERE’S one more thing New York is best at: Topnotch office space.
The Manhattan commercial real estate market is the strongest in North
America, according to a report released last week by Colliers ABR. Of the continent’s
14 major markets, Manhattan’s is the only one with a vacancy rate
below ten percent and average rents of more than $50 a square foot.
Washington, D.C. comes in second on both counts. Cities like Houston and
Chicago, in fact, have double Manhattan’s vacancy rate for top-level office
space, a barometer of the health of any city’s commercial real estate. Besides
Washington, only Toronto, Canada’s largest city, approached Manhattan in
low vacancy rates — but its office space was going for about $12 less per square
than Manhattan’s.

If you sold for under $5k, you were undersold.
