ManhattanRealEstate.info - I would appreciate your appraisals on resell price. Recent TV segments have profiled real estate in Manhattan as being in high demand somewhat encouraging me to promote the name's availability. I would like to determine a reasonable price (per your feedback) on what a real estate agency or Manhattan broker might pay for the name.

My search of overture listings showed quite a number of Manhattan area companies advertising under the keyword combination: "Manhattan Real Estate". But many of the companies were using a subpar name.

Really hard to pin down end user price... but I can say that this search seems to yield over 600,000 pages in Google concerning real estate with .INFO extension... so I would think that this is evidence that .INFO *is* actively being used for real estate. Also, it is not that hard a stretch to think that Manhattan is pretty prime real estate. So, I'll leave a figure for someone else, but at least this is some data for consideration...

I think it's worth mid $xxx to MAYBE low $x,xxx in the right hands. It's one of those .info's that make sense if you read it Manhattan Real Estate info..
