Wanted: Service Marketing/monetization Advisor

I'm just starting to get into this industry and about a month away from launching my website. I am trying to get a quote for someone to help get me started in the right direction.

I'm looking for someone who has established a alexa ranking of at least 50k and has generated profits from traffic. Being familiar with the gaming industry is a plus!

In case the title is misleading this isnt a full time job. I am not a large company, just a one man 25 year old male following his dreams and trying to create something from nothing. That being said i'm willing to negotiate for a reasonable fee for someone to help me out in this area.

Also if anyone has any good book suggestions on being a webmaster, or traffic monetization that would be much apreaciated!

couple notes of advice

1 - Your site will need to be a totally unique idea or it gets lost amongst 1,000s of others just like it.

2 - Learn how to optimize for the search engines yourself , many places to learn , just do a search.
