The translation of the word marujas into english is difficult. I agree it is used in a generally pejorative sense in Spain (I do not know South-American Spanish so well). A maruja in Spain is a comely middle aged stay home housewife. I imagine her carrying 8 barras de pan and a generous "barriga" but it seems many out there come to marujas.com looking for something somewhat more strangely seductive...!

SO any idea of value?
