i want to maximise my ROI asap, what would you guys do/sugest for this??

PPC? (if so who is/are the best with this niche?)
Adsense?
Clickbank?
Custom?
Other?

I'd suggest you to have some domain name selling offer at the homepage and place atleast 2 Google Adsense ads. The should be attractive to catch the attention of the visitor.

for the others, dont be shy! id like a few opinions on this one, cause i think it has some nice potential...do any of you have online pharmacy's or other similar products? ...if so do you simply redirect customers? do you sell products yourself through affiliate programs? Do you like the results? or do u prefer adwords? or other ppc stuff?

Actually I personally had a very bad experience with Good AdSense but that was due to the low quality traffic. I'm very much sure that you will have success for sure.

Also, you can have some text related to pharmacy's related product so that Google also display ads related to pharmacy.

Use the name for the traffic, but promote a different product at the final stage of the transaction.
