No when I went bidding it was too high for me, I considered it TM

I am not an attorney so I could be wrong as law is not my practice but I checked the trademark USPTO and saw no marks so I considered it free and clear

But i guess if it turns out there anre marks perhaps better I did not win the domain

Now I can buy more gold and or swiss francs
