Hi all

Is there a practice in choosing domain name to equate "3" with "free" (eg "3service.com" = "freeservice.com"); if so, how prevalent is this? Do people generally accept such notion, rather like "4" equating "for"?

Any pointers would be most welcome.

Thanks!

4 is commonly associated with for on the netty, yeah. May still work, but really the cybercraze is dead and better generic names are now available in the new gTLDs or waiting to drop.

12529.com is an example of a site for boxing fans subscribing to cable match feeds - Stands for 'One to fight tonight'.
