2) The sale includes the following:
a) The site and all files associated with it.
b) the right to give away the software tools that come with the site - however, you will not own the downloadable software...we will retain rights to that. But you can give it away with memberships.
c) the expired yahoo and dmoz script
d) 2 scripts from http://duetoexpire.com . I would recommend you go to their site to read about them.
e) a google and yahoo category database - this is what sets the script/service apart. most of the scripts/sites that offer similar services have around 10,000 categories. We have a drop in database of well over 200,000 cats for yahoo and 80,000 for dmoz.
the site is set up as a payment site so you can drop in your paypal info and you are off and running but it has not really been marketed.
