heartMD = cardiologist (often the "greek" specialty name is too hard to remember or spell but in this case, "cardio-logist" is very common). Thus heart-MD is kind of unfortunate. Also a .net which would make it more suitable for a network of cardio practices or diagnostic labs. Actually the last use would bring in some money. $40-$80
