I am shocked at the appraisals... ok granted its has a good high paying keyword. but its been done to death and unless you are an uber search marketeer you are gonna find it difficult to break the search traffic....

I dont see it getting many type ins due to its extension.

All in all on face value and Extension... $25 MAX
