Definitely zero.

Why not this one:

MesotheliomaMesotheliomaMesothelioma.com

?

I guess there are strong opinions about double words. I was offered more than $0 so I guess the consensus is "take it"? Not sure as I do get some small targeted traffic with this domain.

If you got an offer of $1 or higher, TAKE it.

Unless this domain is making enough money from parking to be profitable, there's no reason to keep it.

It's 12 syllables long. Painful to say. Cumbersome to type in.

And there are hundreds of extensions for which people can register just the 1 word "Mesothelioma". (Not saying they should.) So why get such a long .COM? Nobody says this word twice in a row. Makes no sense.

I wonder where this "targeted traffic" is coming from. Because traffic only comes from three places, search engines, backlinks and type-ins.

This domain has no pages indexed in major search engines, no backlinks, and I know for a fact no one is typing in "MesotheliomaMesothelioma.com."

I'm not sure of the source. It's not much traffic, but it is mesothelioma related.
