I've had questions asking if the domain is available without the content - sure it is. A buyer is free, obviously, to do what they wish with the site and/or domain.

That said, given that we've built steady organic traffic (both from search engines and direct repeat traffic), it probably would be a better idea to take the domain along with the site content.

The other question is what, specifically, does the site run on?

It currently uses the Pligg CMS (Content Management System) which is a free, open-source, system running on PHP with data in a MySQL database.

If we don't receive a suitable offer, we may migrate the site to WordPress as it offers somewhat better content management and equally strong SEO possibilities. WordPress is also free and quite easy to manage. Also, it would allow for the possibility of developping a Spanish language option for visitors - since the vast majority of visitors are from Mexico (over 55%), this would further increase targetted traffic.
