Of the sales listed the only 'really relevent' sale is the TucsonResort.com for $29,233, though this does date back to 06. The site though is not developed and has no pagerank or alexa ranking.

Having said the above Oveture seems to be 801 a month, not huge, but something that could be built upon, and Miami is definately more popular as a resort than Tucson.

Taking into acount this is a .net and is therefore inherently less valuable than a .com I see its value being as follows:

Reseller: high $xx - low $xxx's

Enduser: low-mid $x,xxx's
