Jackson is dead broke. If he sues, don't be surprised! (Just Kidding).

It all depends on what you want to do with the site. If you use MJ's name and brand recognition to profit from the site, you may have a problem, only if MJ chooses to take a legal stand. But he is in deeper hole than worrying about a .us extention.

I think the price is fair for a great name recognized worldwide...

While not being a domain appraisal forum, I must say that the thread title doesn't indicate that it is 738K w/ext... so it is not really that deceptive.

A great domain.... definitely worth QUICKLY developping and branding.

Good luck with your sale. If we had the time, in between other projects, we would probably invest in this name.
