Previously I had posted it in wrong section because of which thread was closed so I am posting it again in correct section.

This domain doesn't belong to me but a friend of mine. He is selling

MichaelJacksonMusic(.)net

Post or PM your offers. He is open to suggestions so make your offer and you never know you might get this domain.

Have you ever considered that the thread was closed because this domain infringes on trademarks held by Michael Jackson's holding company and his estate? It's also repulsive to attempt to profit from the death of an individual. A lot of forums would issue an infraction for that.

The reason of thread closing clearly stated that I have put it in wrong section that's why it was closed. You may be right about the TM thing but as far as attempting to profit from someone's death, there is nothing wrong about it as it's all business.

I would definatly check about the Trademark issue before posting anything. Second I agree its disgusting that one would try to make money of something but unfortunate many do. Third I will keep everything else I would love to say to myself as I find it unfair to let loose on someone of your nature dealing with a loved one.

Sometimes I laugh when I see domainers teaching morals. I may be new in this field but trust me I have seen it all. Plus the domain was purchased before he died. As I said before it's all business. You are right about TM but not about profiting from someone's death. If given the chance you will do it too.
