Microsoft has filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, seeking control of the domain name MicrosoftsWay.com
The domain name was first registered in August 2014.
The domain will be examined on the following basis:
1) If the domain name is confusingly similar with the trademark of Microsoft.
2) If the current owner has no rights or legitimate interest in the domain name.
3) If the domain name is being used in bad faith.
If it falls in any of these categories, the domain will be transferred to Microsoft.
