Come on, the name was WindowsXP.nu... an *obvious* attempt to use the Windows XP trademark.

And what bully tactics? They gave the guy MVP status instead of smacking him around. This guy has nothing to complain about.

It's not like we are talking about someone using Windows.com before Microsoft could get it to see window shades and then having Microsoft steal it.

This was an open and shut case.
