www.microsoftcasino.net is redirected to a casino site,
I wonder why microsoft did not take any action against such a website which is using its brand micro$oft ???;)
Is it one of Bill Gates' secret businesses?

maybe cause its a .net and no one types it in? :)

Who knows why MS does or doesn't do things!

Yes this is interesting.
However, it is POSSIBLE that Microsoft IS or has tried to take some action but has not gone very "far" yet. Notice the bogus registrant with given country code "CR" (Croatia, I assume).

What makes it more interesting is that the name was first registered in the beginning of 1999 and Billy Boy's PI's, assorted cronies, and the Interpoll has not been able to knock on the culprit's door with an injunction!!

Interesting indeed but not indicative of much, escpecially not indicative of Microsoft's high tolerance or indifference.

Can a WIPO hearing proceed against an unknown entity?

CR is the code of Costa Rica, I think the registrant is not bogus.
