just delete it and you wont need to bother with it. contacting microsoft wont do any good. you cant sell it to them. you probably wont get reg fee back if handing it over, and worse case scenario they'll sue you even if you told them about the situation. but realistically a lawsuit isnt very likely i guess unless you agressively claim money for it or similar..
