This is a difficult name to appraise since it's purely a brandable domain. It surprisingly scored minimal Overture results of 27, which is better than none for something that doesn't yet exist. This is the kind of name that you really would need to trademark and sell as a package to really clean up on the profits. Trademark the term in the appropriate class and either develop the brand and spend lots of time and money or sell it to an establish company and get a pretty nice chunk of money for minimal efforts. With the trademark you should be able to get $X,XXX to $XX,XXX for it if you can find a buyer which might be some what difficult. Although the cleaning industry is always trying to come up with new products so it might not be too difficult.
