I'm looking to sell this great proxy site which comes with a unique template.

The proxy is yet to be properly advertised or monetized and also gets google traffic.
The template is unique (to the best of my knowledge) and was designed by myself. The proxy runs on zelune.
All files will be included with the sale and proof of stats can easily be provided.
