Wanted: Service Mini-site developer

We are looking for a good mini-site developer to add to our consultant team. We ues a variety of companies to build our sites and are constantly looking for new partners. Below are our requirements:

$75 or less/site
5 total pages
One paragraph of content per page (negotiable)
Google AdSense on each page
Amazon affiliate product links
Clickbank alliliate product links

We currently have three companies we are working with but looking for 2 more for the year as we have a lot of sites to build.
