I can't comment beyond the prior statement, sorry. I think the choice of words was pretty clear, though.

Can't summarize the transactions, as that statement did say it all.

But, the conclusion is that the domain name is registered to my company, with perfect provenance, as per the current WHOIS (once it updates at OpenSRS -- might appear blank for a few hours, as I moved it from Moniker).

I am going to venture a guess and say Miracle Management AG wanted the domain name back after a "Brian" out of Cali got control of the domain and then the domain was transferred to NameTower. I am going to think the domain was returned to Miracle Management AG, where George bought the domain and paid NT a commission?
