When Trades to not get executed properly, timely, not at all, or with bad or delayed data given to you, they can be considered 'MisTrades'. Having played the market for years, I have had many different MisTrades over that period of time! Most of them have been the Broker's fault! Even just not giving you the latest realtime data to make a Trade like if the 'tic is delayed' can affect your decision to make a trade and can be considered a 'MisTrade'!
I was once given a quote from a big reputable Brokerage Firm and bought when I should have sold! I found out later that I had been knowingly given a delayed quote without them advising me of that fact! That missing information cost me $7500! Daytrading requires REALTIME DATA!
MisTrades losses can be negotiated with your Broker, you don't always have to 'eat' them!
