Up for sale is the domain and website www.TopGuilds.com, an MMORPG guild topsite. The website receives a lot of traffic - proof. (I have Google Analytics too but I don't know how to use it!)

Top Guilds has over 100 members and makes $50.00-$75.00 per month using an affiliate program that I snuck in that look like contextual advertisements. On top of that, it has some Google Adsense revenue, but it's minimal.

The domain and site has a Google PageRank of 4 with a substantial amount of traffic. It also features a unique design that I paid well over $200 for, and is powered by Aardvark Topsites PHP script.

Someone has asked me when this will be "ending". As I stated in my original post, I will *hopefully* be ending it as soon as possible. The maximum latest date will be January 7th, but I would like to have this sold by December 31st.

I'm surprised there has been no interest with BIN. The price I set is extremely low for a site like this.
