Hello. 
Up for sale is the domain and website www.TopGuilds.com, an MMORPG guild topsite. The website receives about 5,000 unique visitors per day - proof.
Top Guilds has over 100 members and makes $50.00-$75.00 per month using an affiliate program that I snuck in that look like contextual advertisements. On top of that, it has some Google Adsense revenue - That's at about $5 per month now because I have it at the bottom where nobody looks.
The domain and site has a Google PageRank of 4 and a lot of traffic. It also features a unique design and is powered by Aardvark Topsites PHP script. Personally, I love the logo - it was created using GIMP.
Because of the substantial traffic, and ease of an automatic website, I would like to sell this website for $1,000 via Escrow.com - buyer pays fees.
