.mobi Monetization? Tips and strategies please!

Arguments aside, have any of you had successful monetization of your .mobis?

I have a bunch that are regional real estate focused and am trying to figure out the best parking system that might take advantage of such a thing, or if I should build them out myself and put Adwords on them or something like that.

Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I would go the way of building them out yourself and putting a few adwords on them.
You have more control over content than a standard parking template.

Doing this is much better then parking, not just for making a few $, but helping the .mobi extension grow with developed sites.

Theirs wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many classy .mobi's parked, which is a real shame really.
That said, it's a great opportunity too get your .mobi's in front of the competitors.

admob (.) com is one mobile ad placement service.

And google has adsense for mobile.

Parking is not going to pay squat. If they are good names with large markets, develop.
