.mobi reserved numbers

OK, I'm a newbie at this, so maybe you experts out there can give me a clue.

.Mobi has reserved names and numbers and most are obvious. But, can anyone explain why these numbers are included in the reserved list.

I had been wondering about that myself.

It is strange that they left out many obvious premium domains, particularly many plurals, and yet included these extremely abstract numbers!
