Major multi-national telecom company with this name.
Please put the risk factor during appraising.

Is it risky even if the domain is kept offline OR not used for telecom related products?

ya bra, i would dump that shhtt. lol. But thats my only opinion. Getting into TM domains isn't a good thing to do. Checkout if there is current TM on that exact name, if not they your in the green to do whatever ya wan't. But Pray that that company with the same name doesn't come after it in a couple of months!

Yeah definately risky. Even if you keep the domain offline, any potential purchaser would be limited. The minute the domain becomes active and starts making any sort of money or commanding any traffic worthy of note, it would probably be a simple task for the TM owners to come after it.

Unless you have a TM yourself on the name in a different jurisdiction - maybe.
