Maybe, you should print out some articles from DNJ and others and read it while you are in the bathroom.
Plus, you could use the paper when you are done.

Is this magazine worth it?

Great for newbie but not for old timer. Old timer, already subscribed to known domain bloggers and receive update daily, compare to mag once a month or quarterly. The "innovation" of boat is already sailing when you read it in the magazine. If you know what I mean, and if you don't that's the sign for you to read the magazine.
